SHIPPING INFORMATION

Processing Time

All orders are handmade to order. Please allow 3-4 business days for us to create and prepare your jewelry for shipment. During busy seasons or special promotions, processing times may be extended. We will notify you if there are any delays with your order.

Business days are Tuesday through Friday, 10am - 4pm Central excluding major U.S. holidays.

Shipping Methods and Timeframes

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Once your order has been processed, shipping times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 1-2 business days

Please note that shipping timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions—check our website for current offers.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's progress.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping. We only ship within the United States at this time.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes must be requested within 2 hours of placing your order, and we cannot guarantee we can accommodate changes after that time.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend shipping to a secure location or using carrier services that require signature confirmation for high-value orders.

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members

  2. Look around your delivery location (porches, side doors, mailbox area)

  3. Contact your local post office or carrier

  4. Wait 24 hours, as sometimes packages are marked delivered prematurely

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Damaged During Shipping

If your package arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take photos of the damaged packaging and the item

  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@theintuitivebeaversagency.com

  3. Include your order number and the photos

We will work with you to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.


RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Our Return Policy

Due to the handmade and custom nature of our resin jewelry, we have a limited return policy. Each piece is uniquely crafted with natural materials, making every item one-of-a-kind.

We accept returns or exchanges ONLY in the following circumstances:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective

  • You receive the wrong item

  • The item significantly differs from its description or product photos in a way that constitutes a defect

What Is NOT Eligible for Return:

  • Natural variations in materials (color variations in stones, slight differences in botanical or insect positioning, natural patterns in moss, etc.)

  • Minor imperfections inherent to handmade items (small bubbles in resin, slight asymmetry)

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse

  • Items that do not match your expectations due to screen color differences

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear

Return Window

Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be made within 7 days of delivery. Returns requested after 7 days will not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return

If you believe your item qualifies for a return:

  1. Contact us at hello@theintuitivebeaversagency.com within 7 days of delivery

  2. Include your order number in the subject line

  3. Provide a detailed description of the issue

  4. Include clear photos showing the problem

  5. Wait for our approval before returning any items

Please do not return items without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

Return Shipping

If your return is approved:

  • For damaged, defective, or incorrect items: We will provide a prepaid return shipping label

  • For all other approved returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and undamaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.

Refunds and Replacements

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Replacements: If you received a defective or damaged item, we will create a replacement piece and ship it to you at no additional cost

  • Refunds: If a replacement is not possible or preferred, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days

Refunds will include the cost of the item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.).

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for different styles or sizes. If you wish to order a different item, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.

Custom or Personalized Orders

Custom or personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or are significantly different from what was agreed upon.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

To keep your resin jewelry beautiful:

  • Avoid prolonged sun exposure (may cause yellowing)

  • Keep away from harsh chemicals, perfumes, and lotions

  • Remove before swimming, showering, or exercising

  • Store in a cool, dry place

  • Clean gently with a soft, damp cloth
